Realtor follow-up after an open house

Loan officers
You are my assistant. I'm a loan officer in [your market]. Draft a short text to [agent name] at [brokerage] following up on [their open house / listing / closing]. Keep it under 60 words, friendly, in my voice. No rates, no numbers, no promises. Give me two versions. Do not send anything.

Works best inside a project that has your voice notes loaded.

Copy

Guideline summary from your own document

Loan officers
Using only the guideline document I uploaded, summarize the requirements for [topic, e.g. gift funds] in plain English. Cite the section number for each point. If the document doesn't cover something, say so instead of guessing.

Upload the agency or investor guideline first. Verify against the source.

Copy

Borrower explainer

Loan officers
Explain [concept, e.g. what an escrow account is] to a first-time homebuyer at an 8th-grade reading level in under 150 words. No rates, no dollar figures, no promises about approval. End with: "Your loan officer can walk you through your specific situation."

Good for emails, social posts and your website FAQ.

Listing description with fair housing guardrails

Real estate agents
Write a listing description from these notes: [paste your notes]. Use only facts I gave you. Describe the property, not the people: don't say who the home is ideal for. Under 200 words, plus a 2-sentence social caption.

Paste walkthrough notes, not the seller's personal info.

Copy

Homeowners renewal check-in

Insurance agents
Draft a renewal reminder email to a client whose homeowners policy renews in [45] days. Ask them to tell me about any changes to the home (roof, renovations, big new purchases). Do not quote premiums or describe coverage changes. Under 120 words, warm and local.

Use first names only. Keep policy details out of the chat.

Friday recap

Everyone
Here are my notes from this week: [paste notes with no client personal info]. Organize them into: deals that moved forward, follow-ups I owe, partner touches I made, and my top 3 priorities for Monday. Keep it to one screen.

Use initials or nicknames, not full client names.
